As a Support Onboarding Specialist at Compete, you will help new customers map their data, reduce the roadblocks they face, and solve their problems while collaborating with different stakeholders in the company. This person is a critical member of our team as they will be responsible to ensure a seamless entry into the product usage. Come be a part of the HR revolution!
What You’ll Do
- Manage the customers from the point of sale to product adoption.
- Help successfully implement the product for the customers by mapping their data.
- Develop metrics to understand if the implementation is successful or not.
- Own and create plans for product implementation.
- Handle customer queries about the product implementation.
- Understand customer needs and try to align the product implementation accordingly.
- Tier 1 Support through emails, chats, phone calls, etc., and escalate issues to the development team.
What You Need
- Experience with SQL/ Excel/ Raw data- Must.
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Strategic decision maker to tailor implementation as per customer needs
- Organizational skills to connect and work with various stakeholders
- Driven and highly motivated to ensure customer success
