As we approach the end of 2021, I want to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for joining us on this journey. 


When I started Compete, it came from my personal struggle working in HR. The process of benchmarking compensation was broken. Messy spreadsheets and outdated information were commonplace. This made the goal of both hiring and retention even harder.


The last few months in tech have seen the war for talent intensify to an unprecedented level. Thankfully, real-time compensation data – specifically tailored for tech – is no longer a challenge thanks to the tools that we have built. I must say that the highlight for me was adding hundreds of companies as customers and hearing from so many of you about the daily impact that we are having in helping you reach your goals as HR leaders, CFOs, and CEOs in your respective organizations. 


These achievements have only made us hungrier to provide you with more tools which you should expect to see throughout 2022, in addition to the many exciting things planned in our roadmap – stay tuned!
